Operations retainer
You can carry on running things with your own team if you prefer. If you'd like us to take it on, we run it month to month: bookkeeping, support, automations and reporting.

Practical help with the everyday basics of data protection: privacy notices, data maps, retention and tidy-up routines, so your members' data is handled sensibly without a full-time hire. This is housekeeping, and it does not replace legal advice.

I'm Suzanne Leyland. I managed the procurement and roll-out of a £17 million NHS electronic patient record system, managed a growing chiropractic clinic group, and ran my own web-design and business-support company. I then spent sixteen years running the operations of an education organisation as it grew from around 400 to over 65,000 members, recruiting and leading the teams that made it happen.
I work hands-on with current tools too, including AI, automation and systems integration. I've built AI chatbots and self-guided questionnaires, connected cashflow reporting to Xero so finances are visible in real time, and linked low-cost systems together so small organisations can do what used to need expensive software.
I use AI where it makes a real difference, and I'll tell you when it doesn't. New tools are only worth it when they earn their place.
